Ford Territory and BA/ BF Falcon ignition switches.
Own a Ford Falcon or Territory? If so you have possibly been unlucky to have the ignition switch fail on you. These very commonly fail in two ways, the spring return breaks so the starter motor keeps running, or the switch falls apart and you can’t start your car.
The dealer fix for this is replacing the steering column which has the switch built into it, this way you won’t have much change out of $2,000. Some companies offer an exchange unit and will fit a “refurbished” column, or even repair your switch but use the existing broken parts.
We replace the broken part with a new piece, giving you a better quality job and at a fraction of the cost of a new part. We keep the parts in stock and can do the job onsite at your car.
Don’t get a dodgy fix. Make sure that yourcar is being repaired properly!
