Land Rover Discovery 2 remote keys
Do you have a Land Rover Discovery 2? This car uses the remote key to disarm the factory immobiliser system. If your remote stops working or is lost you will need to know the cars EKA (Emergency key access) code to disarm the immobiliser and start the car. Many customers do not have the original paperwork for their car (pre owned cars) that has the EKA code information on it and are told they can only get that information from the dealer. HOWEVER, Adelaide Automotive Locksmiths can read the code from your car and also program in a new remote key.
If you are out on a 4WD trip or just getting away for a long weekend, you don’t want that ruined by a lost or damaged key and the added expense of having to get your car towed or an expensive call out fee. Plan ahead and take your spare!
